We are looking for an experienced B2C / consumer product manager to join our team.

He / She will be the owner for various fundamentals backend systems, and its integration with multiple internal and external systems.

The person will also own The entire CRM and aim at maximising the customer lifetime value thus revenue - and will be responsible for improving efficiency, and driving business metrics.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends- Experience of working with systems with complex business logic, and the ability to deliver data-driven solutions while dealing with large quantities of information and data- Create, democratize and monitor performance metrics regularly and work with a different team to consistently raise the bar- Should have a thorough understanding of data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Localytics, CleverTap or MixPanel- Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX / UI, Sales, Customer Support.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and business / commercial challenges- Work with QA and Business team to check all the corner cases possible for feature development;
  • manage upgrades and progressive releases for existing products- Ability to interact with the engineering team, understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the product- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences- Software Development Experience with a good understanding of data, metrics and building models will be an added advantage- eCommerce Product Management Experience is compulsory- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
