  • Team leader to build, lead and mentor a team for Automation of KONE digital products support operations
  • Identify Automation opportunities to enhance digital product support operations areas like incident management, monitoring etc.
  • to contribute to the speedy resolution of the incidents and increased service stability

  • Hands on technical troubleshooting, issue investigations, automated preventives implementations and rollout predominantly in AWS cloud applications
  • Support Roll out for digital solutions by acquiring technical expertise of the KONE Digital Platform and Applications
  • Work in dynamic Agile environment with DevOps way of working to support global and local business units in complex and cross-technology landscape
  • Collaborate with Technology leads, development teams, partners, Users and support teams for issue investigation and resolution
  • Contribute and manage E2E Incident lifecycle and ensure SLA and KPI adherence according to service management practices
