JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Provides primarily Pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products / applications / solutions
  • Works with vendors, partners, and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers
  • Develops processes and systems to provide quick yet thorough response to customer Requests For Proposal
  • Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Assists the sales team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products / applications / solutions
  • Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products / applications / solutions
  • Builds a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and / or product demo for client
  • Provides consultation to prospective users and / or product capability assessment and validation

  • Uses knowledge and experience to solve complex issues, often with significant business impact
  • Anticipates issues and makes recommendations to resolve proactively
  • Analyzes data and makes recommendations to improve process and programs
  • Uses expert perspective to work through business and technical assignments
  • Works with little to no supervision; plans and sets objectives independently
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience OR advanced degree with 10 years of experience required.
