We are looking for a smart, highly-motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing strategy for Amazon devices, with the ultimate goal of driving the best-
in-class customer shopping experience and maximizing device sales on Amazon.in.
A successful candidate will leverage keen design savvy and detailed data analytics to develop, launch, test, and report on programs that raise product awareness, increase traffic, and improve conversion.
The programs will touch several areas of the business and require this person to work with product marketing, site-wide merchandizing and marketing teams, and brand marketing teams.
The candidate will have a strong performance marketing background and is comfortable influencing cross-functional and leadership teams.
The ability to manage multiple milestones and be comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress, is critical to success in this position.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans, identify key marketing strategies, and tactics to support the launch of a product.
Own Detail Pages for all products in the Devices portfolio.
Manage and guide a team of online marketing managers and visual design associates. Measure site traffic, and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, display & search advertising using web analytics tools
Benchmark search, browse and purchase experience to identify CX improvements.
Plan and manage the on-going marketing calendar, including coordination of seasonal content, product and brand highlights.
Ensure production of creative and assets in quality and time.
Establish and track key performance metrics and proactively share learnings across teams; present campaign performance metrics, findings and marketing strategy recommendations to cross functional stakeholders and leaders
Bachelor’s degree and MBA with 7+ years of experience in e-commerce / online marketing
Strong communication skills and high standard of written English
Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include proficiency in Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
Demonstrated ability to start from zero, develop customer behavior understanding and use hard data and metrics to drive business strategy and growth independently
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
Strong bias for action and ability to influence without direct authority
Prior brand and consumer marketing experience in tech product space
