Roles and Responsibilities :
Experience needed 2 to 5 years and above as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Submitting candidates' resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Engage regularly on an on-going basis with the candidates through email and voice calls
Skills required :
Sound knowledge in the IT Industry. Negotiation & Convincing Skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to work as a good team player.
Excellent communication skills and well versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, Referrals etc

1) Job Location : Khairtabad, Hyderabad (Remote available for immediate joinee's)
2) Shift timings 6.30 pm IST to 3.30 am IST (NIGHT SHIFT)
3) 5 days working
4) Immediate Joinee gets Joining bonus of 5k additional (paid after 3 months of working)
