  • Good understanding of Finance function, its organisation structure and the Target Operating Model
  • Support Globally Accountable Process Owners in driving standardisation and efficiency
  • Business

  • Consult with stakeholders to diagnose business needs
  • Influence stakeholders to get broad-based support and balance competing needs
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders on implementing solutions
  • Co-ordinate with other colleagues to deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Processes

  • As per the Finance Taxonomy finalised by GPO s, the processes are to be mapped in ARIS Stakeholder management Program management to meet the Implementation Plan , as per FTOM committed programs Reporting and status to be published for various forums to support the above
  • Drive participation and Governance
  • Implementation plan to be driven on a project mode
  • As a part of the team, focus on process improvements, standardisation and role re-organisation activities
  • For the purpose of tracking the Efficiency levers of Utilization and Productivity : Supporting documentation and content building for the CoE Support the roll out of tools and assets Enable the training of Users Enable and close the Service requests to the satisfaction of the Users Drive and own the Reporting and Dashboard implementation Standard and Adhoc Reporting Train and build expertise on the Tool across GFS Users Ensure successful Testing Facilitate Trouble shooting as required across the GFS User group Key support for Change management
  • People and Talent

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
  • Risk Management

  • Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of my role. Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Groups policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed and misconduct appropriately dealt with.
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
