Key Responsibilities

Program Management and data analytics

  • Be the champion of technological enablement in the operations team, working closely with the product team, and should have a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation
  • The Operations manager will lead project-planning activities and facilitate project meetings, ensuring the operations team delivers against its commitments with the highest quality deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Drive cross-functional teams of services personnel dispersed across multiple geographies and disciplines in a matrix structure where none of the resources report directly to you.
  • Able to motivate staff and influence their tasks to align with organizational goals and priorities

  • Identifying and reporting risks in operations spread across multiple locations and working with respective functions to mitigate them - through policy, process, technology, or any other required input.
  • Customer Communication

  • Setting the right communication framework amongst all stakeholders and the customer (What should we be communicating, who should be communicating and when)
  • Quality Control and Inventory Management

  • Inventory Management and warehouse management - maintaining warehouse hygiene, following safety protocols, and adhering to all compliances as required in all regions
  • Technician quality control and training. Perform a process for internal and external audits of delivered service quality and participate in quality control reviews and documentation and implementation of service notes
  • Cost analysis for all the operational activities spread across multiple geos
  • Identify, define, manage and drive ad-hoc special projects and special projects
  • Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a high growth environment in operations
  • Excellent data analytics skills with knowledge of data analytics tools (Highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-functional teams
  • Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree is good to have.
