Job Description :

shooting and reporting skills.
Candidate Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or 4 6 years related business experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Should have minimum 5 years of experience working as Network / NOC Engineer and experience in SNMP & Netflow based Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in Cisco Routers & Switches like Cisco Nexus, Cisco ISR4000 Series, Cisco SF300, etc.
Should have at least 1 year of experience in the firewalls like Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, Juniper SSG, Palo Alto, etc.
Good knowledge on IP routing protocols and OSI Model. Troubleshooting IP networks using tools like WireShark, etc.
Knowledge on DNS & DHCP Services.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Fault handling & escalation using some ticketing tool like CA ServiceDesk.
Minimum of one year experience in liaising with Global Service Providers, Vendors & customers.
Minimum one year of experience of working on at least one NOC monitoring tool and at least one Ticketing System.
Working in shifts in 24x7.
Monitoring the network health of almost 1000 Arrow locations by monitoring the Circuit state, utilization, Errors and CPU & memory of the networking devices using the monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
Prompt primary remediation by basic trouble-shooting and opening internal & external tickets.
Prompt reporting to the Stack holders, Global HelpDesk & the higher management.
Provide technical, administrative and configuration support for the Cisco, Juniper, HP and Palo Alto.
Opening TAC tickets with the network equipment vendors.
Ensuring high network availability at all of the Arrow offices by prompt and proactive remediation.
To keep the ticketing queues clean.
