Environment

To manage KYC delivery for EUROPE / ASIA / AMER regions in the periodic KYC reviews for High, Mid-High, Mid-Low and Low risk counterparties

An Operations Manager will assist in minimizing and preventing losses resulting from high risk and fraudulent accounts and monetary or non-

monetary transactions. Will work under general supervision and demonstrate capability to review and / or investigate routine risk transactions, reports or accounts and exercise good judgment in identifying issues and driving resolution.

In accordance with departmental and corporate procedures as well as Regulations will take proactive measures to prevent losses as well as preventing reputational risk

Mission

To be able to success manage the KYC deliveries towards Low, Med Low, Med High and High Risk KYC client reviews and on-boarding.

Stakeholder Engagement

1. Ensure Agenda and MOMs of all meetings with the counterparts are well documented, circulated and stored

2. Ensure counterpart satisfaction is maintained, feedback collected and corrective actions implemented

3. Correct interpretation of requirements & expectations from clients / stakeholders and management of the same by periodic operational / governance calls, adhoc communications and transparent reporting.
