Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analysts
Should have the ability to articulate the requirements into documentation that the development team can understand
Ability to reverse engineer the existing functionality and articulate into business requirements.
Should be able to create wireframes, mockups and representations of requirements in pictorial representations.
Should have exposure in tools like Visio, Pencil etc..
Very good communication skills
Very good stakeholder management
should have worked on working with onsite and offshore model
should have worked on Enterprise level applications and was involved in transitions and transformations
Should know the end to end life cycle of Business requirements
Should have worked on Agile model of execution
Having knowledge on Lifesciences domain is a Value add. .
Should be able to discuss with the technical architects and identify the feasibility of delivering the application. ![]()
