Strong digital marketing experience required

  • Ensure the successful long term strategic development of the Honeywell brand, in line with the needs of our target audience and the long and short term growth objectives of the business.
  • Working with the Honeywell Building Technology team to provide the vision and direction to maintain and grow Honeywell’s status as a global leader in technology for building products including but not limited to, air purification solutions, electronic security solutions and electrical products.
  • Ensuring that all design, development and implementation of brand development work from design to product and service reflects overall brand strategy, ongoing brand development and adherence to any guidelines.
  • Customer Insight Strategy : Provide direction and aligned briefs to enable a clear understanding of our target audience.
  • Monitor the evolving market conditions and brand health to ensure the long term financial and reputational success of Honeywell brand.

  • Deliver brand led ATL, BTL and Digital marketing campaigns to consistently drive salience & consideration for the brand in respective product categories · Manage the marketing budget and deliver results within agreed budgets · Customer Brand Proposition Strategy : Develop and maintain a distinctive, differentiated and engaging customer brand proposition, including visual identity, tone of voice, product and service style that informs what we do and how we do it’ across the entire customer journey.
  • Trade Brand Proposition Strategy : Develop and maintain the brand offer that engages our trade partners, recognizing the changing dynamics of the market place and provide compelling reasons to recommend / choose Honeywell over competition.
  • Influencer Brand Communication : Develop and maintain the brand offer that engages the ecosystem of consultants, architects and system integrators, recognizing the changing dynamics of the market place and provide compelling reasons to recommend / specify Honeywell over competition.
  • Brand partnerships : Identifying, sourcing and managing relationships with brand partners and individuals, ensuring Honeywell is maximizing opportunities for raising brand awareness and working with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop revenue opportunities.
  • Lead on ground activation programs, media sponsorships, branded partnerships & other media property investments as and when necessary · Manage merchandising, retail branding across multi brand outlets, exclusive brand outlets and modern trade · Brand extension / trademarks : Work with Legal to ensure the Honeywell brand is sufficiently protected at an India level.
  • Consistency : Ensure the brand specification delivery is maintained and monitored throughout the customer journey, identifying any shortfalls, initiating corrective action where necessary and communicating updates to all key stakeholders.
  • Measurement : Ensure the brand’s market performance and customer satisfaction is monitored against key criteria and recommends action to correct shortfalls and drive actions accordingly.
  • Communication Strategy : Liaise closely with the Marketing / Communications Teams, Creative / Digital / Media Agency, provide brand direction to strategic campaigns and develop key brand messages to be incorporated into the integrated communications plan (both internal and external), targeting all stakeholders in the value chain channel partners, influencers, end consumers · People and Culture : Work closely with leadership and HR to align brand and culture and provide guidelines and behavioral frameworks that enable our people to live the brand’ and establish measures of success for the brand scorecard
  • Passion for technology · Ability to think creatively and innovatively · Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong research and analytical skills
  • Team management experience preferred · Budget-management skills and proficiency · Professional judgment and discretion · Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • A willingness to listen · Ability to network with people from varying background · Willing to stretch with ownership for results · Comfortable with problem solving, negotiating skills

  • Graduate - Science / Engineering degree from a reputed university Post Graduate in communications / branding / advertising or MBA (Top Tier mandatory MICA / IIM) Must have good excel skills, digital marketing certification

  • Makes timely decisions balancing systematic analysis
  • Some experience in product or strategic marketing
  • Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues
  • Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills
