Required Skills & Experience :
Object oriented software development experience with JAVA, JEE technologies.
Development experience in XML technologies like XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT, etc.
Development experience in Spring, JMS, JAXB, DOM, SAX, JPA, OpenJPA, SQL, ANT, Maven, log4j, Junit.
Experience in development of JEE based web-services, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON.
Setup / Installation of WSO2 ESB, clustered deployment.
Good knowledge on user management, monitoring, multitenancy, working with registry, performance tuning.
Good hands on experience on WSO2 ESB working knowledge of proxy services, connectors, error handling, custom mediators and good debugging skills.
Good knowledge on SSL certificate management, keystores, securing proxy services.
Experience on WSO2 APIM and WSO2 BPS would be an added advantage.
Working experience in any of the middleware product suites like WSO2 and Cordys BOP.
Good understanding of SOA patterns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Ability to technically lead a team and drive the technical production support for SOA projects including API Management and Integration layers.
Based on the production issues, ensure issues are fixed in web services, transformation mappings and integration flows using a middleware product (ESB or Plain JEE based Web services).
Understand and able to modify detailed transformation rules using XSLT / XQuery / Custom code based mapping.
Have a clear inclination towards automation of the code fixes, test and deployment processes to enhance the rapid delivery of services.
Identify the low-level tasks for the team and ensure that the team takes the right approaches, standards and processes to acknowledge, update and fix production issues.
Ensure that based on the provided design specifications, the team understands the overall project workflow, web services, transformation mappings and integration flows correctly.
Plan and ensure the team is aware of the detailed transformation rules using XSLT / XQuery / Custom code based mapping.
Resolve & guide the support team on technical issues faced during support.
Ensure that there are no SLA breaches and ensure any risks are highlighted to Project Manager in time.
