Overall Job Objective (Purpose) :
Role : Front line seller, Executioner of the company and distributor plans, Trainer of the merchandiser
Responsibility : DSE is responsible for selling volume, achieving RPS distribution and merchandising, and building goodwill in the distributor’s market.
DSE reports to the Sales team leader

Jobber / Sub-distributor (as
Education : Graduates in any discipline (Engineers not preferred)
Experience : Not more than 2-3 years of work experience
Language : English & Fluency in local language
Key Criteria : IFT, Persuasive Communication skills, lower middle class (needy) background, negligible power of influence, non-
unionized environment, Age not more than 28 years.
Sell volume, distribute, corporate hanger, shelving and meeting call and productivity target.
Plan, execute, and maintain quality coverage to maximize business results with the lowest cost.
Accurately report in a timely basis in-store results, financial reports, competitive activities, drive / initiate results and volume results
