Responsibilities :

  • Maintain safe and clean office area by complying with procedures.
  • Responsible for supervising the housekeeping and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Responsible for dispatching mails / couriers and keeping the records on daily basis.
  • Maintenance of Attendance manually, labor department registers and forms as required.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Arranging Meeting / Conference room whenever required.
  • Answering questions & Addressing Complaints.
  • Answer incoming calls & redirect to respective department or keep messages.
  • Receive letter, couriers & packages etc. and handover to respective department.
  • Maintain inward outward records of visitors, vendors etc.
  • Keeping care of Office Stationary & office utilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support- Xerox, Scanning, Filing.
  • Assist Accounts and HR departments in day to day activities
  • Organize get together like birthday celebration, festival celebration etc.
  • Ensure contact list is updated for all the locations.
  • Arrange refreshments / snacks in conference rooms, guest rooms for international visitors
  • Keep track of fixed assets and inventory using the tracking / management system
  • Requirements

  • Should have good communication both verbal and written
  • Being able to speak in English / Tamil essential. Being able to speak in Hindi preferred
  • Candidate should be able to do multitasking
  • Should be willing to learn
  • Telephone Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Organization focus, Discipline at Work etc.
  • Should be organized and systematic in work
  • Should be polite and courteous. Should be able to work together as a team
