    Job Description :

    Job Details / Responsibilities : -

    Manage the staff, operations, projects, and capability improvement for the entire service lifecycle, including the key functions of : Incident Management, Strong Infrastructure Background, Problem Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Release and Deployment Management and Knowledge Management.

    Ensures Change status, progress and issues are communicated to the appropriate groups Audits and manages the process lifecycle and reports to upper management Schedule Urgent CAB / XCAB meeting when necessary.

    Responsible to review Change Schedule CS for conflicts Chairs the CAB Report Change Management activities to upper management

    Skills Required : -

  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Application like, MS Office, MS Office 365 i.e. Word, Excel and reporting.
  • Good Knowledge of MS OS like Win 10 and Win 7.
  • Experience managing operations capability projects
  • Solid exposure to BMC ITSM / Service Now ITSM

  • ITSM knowledge and experience in Change / Incident Management
  • Good interpersonal, organization and customer services skills
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Good to Have : -

    Strong service management process consulting experience with good understanding of ITIL V3 service lifecycle modules

    Prior ITIL V3 process consulting experience across service strategy, design lifecycle processes will have an additional weightage

    ITIL Certification will be an added advantage.

    Job Description :

    Highly skilled in all aspects of Major Incident Management

    Strong process management and leadership skill.

    Responsible for end to end co-ordination within multiple stake holder teams and organizing CAB meetings.

    Responsible for maintaining the Client Data Protection and Security Compliance standards

    Overall responsibility for all governance activities including stakeholder communications and escalations

    Managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions for successful operation of the project.

    Ensuring detailed project documentation covering every stage of the issues, resolutions, etc.

    Responsible for managing Internal / 3rd Party Audits

    Ability to work well in high pressure environment whilst maintaining focus and sense of urgency.

    Ability to coordinate various levels IT Services personnel across multiple locations and cultural backgrounds

    Ability to multitask time critical tasks whilst maintaining highest levels of quality

    Demonstrate influencing skills that address the varied interests and individual style of others, recognizing people have different sources of motivation.

    Ability to develop working relationships across all levels within IT services

    Familiarization of current IT infrastructure and application technology.

    Understanding of ITIL Service Management principles particularly Incident, Problem and Change Management.

    Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
