Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the development team to create standard and custom applications, resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
  • Work with the team lead on work priorities and goals. Ensure all work is delivered with the highest quality.

  • Maintain and support all Service Now system integrations.
  • Research and deploy new releases and / or enhancements into the Service Now landscape.
  • Identify or isolate the root cause of issues and identify potential solutions.
  • Escalate to vendor and involve them in defect and incident resolution as required.
  • Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create scripts to automate repetitive tasks being done in ServiceNow.
  • Create and configure Forms, Order Guides, Workflows, Notifications, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each as necessary.
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems. Perform scheduled cloning operations.
  • Document new and existing solutions and configurations across the platform for improved troubleshooting and support.
  • Attend technical / personal skills training.
  • Job Requirements

  • Qualifications Required : BE / Btech / ME / Mtech / MSc
  • Experience (Years) : 3-5 yrs

    Skills / Knowledge :

  • 3-5 years primary role experience as a Service Now Administrator and scripting training.
  • Advanced Service Now Administrator level training with Scripting.
  • Possess strong business analysis and technical systems skills.
  • Proven successful problem solving and analytical skills in an information technology setting.
  • Experience using a structured software development methodology.
  • ITIL V3.x Foundation Certification, preferred.
  • Information technology experience with a global corporation.
  • Proven critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
  • Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML-5, SOAP, Web Services, Jelly)
  • Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Catalog Request, Knowledge Management, PPM, Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of LDAP / Active Directory integration with Service Now.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently towards goals.
  • Excellent work ethic and the ability to be a productive and reliable team member.
