  • Project Role : SW / Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.
  • Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
  • Key Responsibilities : A First point of contact for users of issue resolution that are FAQ driven B Enter user issues into ServiceNow and create a ticket C Route or escalate issues through ServiceNow to Financial Analyst CST BI Support D Audit or track or reporting of issues and resolution leveraging ServiceNow or equivalent tool E Point of contact for requests for dashboard changes or enhancements F Confirm user security or data access in the digital core

    Technical Experience : A Incident management and usage of ITSM B Performing initial level of diagnosis of problems and incidents and resolving them when appropriate C Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes D Good problem solving and analytical skills E Excellent customer service skills

    Professional Attributes : A : Good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of organization B : Ability to operate independently and make decision

    Educational Qualification : Graduate
