4 to 6 years of SAP experience in implementation support rollout projects Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies ITIL processes Design Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and work on PoC PoV s Co ordinate with technical team on custom objects Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role Graduate or Post Graduation or Professional Certification Relevant SAP Certification Domain experience exposure Flexibile to work in different time zones ASAP Methodology ITIL Methodolgy CRM Organizational Management CRM Business Partners CRM Pricing CRM Communication Management Software CRM Partner Processing CRM Date Management
