While we expect you to have a strong foundational web front-end engineering skill, your purview will be wider; managing groups of engineers beyond web and on application platforms such as iOS and Android.
You will be asked to inspire and challenge your team, so they grow. You will also work to remove impediments, so the team has its best chance at success.
