The Role Responsibilities
This role is part of the Right Shoring Enablement (RSE) team at Standard Chartered GBS. You will be responsible to assist on the best fit sourcing model and work on third-party outsourcing deals.
Responsibilities
Understand as-is’ delivery cost structures and have the ability to normalise third-party rates to draw like-to-like comparison
The candidate must have the ability to participate in the RFP cycle, bid management, work with senior stakeholders, develop compelling scenarios, and solve strategic outsourcing issues
Create actionable insights to solve business problems by evaluating and analysing information collected through live deals and analysing MSA / contracts
Communicate and interact with senior stakeholders in major third-party service providers
Work closely with various internal teams to help in the close of an outsourcing deal and then transition it to the execution teams
Our Ideal Candidate
Skills and Requirements :
Looking for a candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in sourcing strategy / bid management
Prior experience in Banking and Financial Services or leading third party providers is preferred
Knowledge of market trends in outsourcing and key delivery models (e.g., BOT, managed services, hybrid model)
Stakeholder management skills and project management skills
Business case and financial analysis skills
Strong executive presence and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
