You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork.

Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.

The Support Programs team sits within the Google Cloud Support organization. Our mission is to build a next generation support experience, and leverage machine learning to offer our customers the most useful help content tailored to their specific issue.

We also want to connect them seamlessly to the support channel of their choice if they still need help. As a Program Manager, you will use your knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and project management to lead complex, data driven, multi-disciplinary projects end to end.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX and data scientists to identify opportunities to improve our product and service offerings.

You will manage those projects throughout their entire lifecycle, and ultimately drive the strategy of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of our data and insights platform, and design, create, and maintain reusable datasets with appropriate architecture to deal with high data complexity and need for accuracy.
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to create insight into problems our customers are trying to solve and how they engage with our product.
  • See beyond the numbers to weave stories that rally the team around the same understanding of the roadblocks on our mission, and act as a thought partner to translate opportunities into solutions and drive our product roadmap.
  • Prioritize the most promising projects and bring together the relevant stakeholders to take them all the way through to A / B test and final rollout stage.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Experience in program management, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Experience working with SQL, and connecting and summarizing datasets.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience with research, experimentation, working with large datasets, statistical analysis methods and tools, and / or maintaining data pipelines.
  • Experience articulating findings and recommendations in a structured and clear manner to a diverse audience.
  • High standards of accuracy, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Team oriented, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
