  • We are looking for a senior manager BD to bring in business into the company.
  • The person should be an ambitious and energetic individual with a zeal for developing new business
  • The two primary responsibilities would include generating new business for the company and Client Servicing
  • The candidate would be reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company.
  • Responsibilities : Business Development

    a. With New Clients

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients
  • Promoting our services to foreign airports and generating fresh business
  • Develop a growth / business strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate project plan, identify key internal and / or external resources required to make the project successful, prepare detailed status report
  • Tacking and participating in new tenders relevant to Aviation
  • b. With Existing Clients

  • Identifying possible opportunities with existing clients and getting further business
  • Promote company's services addressing clients objectives
  • Quarterly / Monthly presentation to clients
  • Raising invoices and payment follow-up
  • Build a long term relationship
  • Assess tech solutions for client issues
  • Desired Candidate Profile (Basic)

  • Proven working experience as a project manager / Business Development Manager / Key Accounts director (7-10 years)
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Should have very good writing skills.
  • Convincing nature and well groomed
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Desired Candidate Profile (Preferred)

  • Candidates with knowledge of data analytics
  • Experience of working in (or with) the aviation sector
  • Qualifications : MBA / PGDM
