  • Communicate with branches about performance and business
  • Crisis management among the branches
  • Coordinate daily local pickup & delivery activity
  • Support & assist the branches’ business development activity
  • Send daily status reports to the management
  • Daily on site client visits
  • Telephone follow ups for current and future bookings
  • Send "daily business activity reports" - to reporting head
  • Follow ups regarding "proof of delivery" copies
  • Bill submission based on each customers billing cycle
  • Must meet monthly and annual targets for new business acquisition
  • Existing business retention and development
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • File customer requirements & contact information at HQ
  • Should have 06 - 12 Years of experience in Cargo Industry is mandatory - Business Development & Operations. Should have good presentation skills.

    Should be well versed with MS Office. Should have good communication skills. Leadership qualities and timely adherence of the schedules.
