Role Purpose :
This position supports the Regulatory Compliance Technology Domain in a technical capacity as an Application Support Developer.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting high availability business applications and highly demanding business requests in a courteous, efficient and effective manner.
You will be required to provide an outstanding level of customer service while executing proficient technical support for our applications and associated customers.
The successful applicant will need to be well versed in Data Warehouse principles, ETL tools and all round architecture.
The successful applicant will have previous 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level support experience as well as SQL Development experience.
Major Roles Responsibilities :
As an Application Support Developer you will be required to :
65533 Ensure that ANZ Change and Incident management processes are followed
65533 Develop and maintain systems documentation
65533 Receive phone calls and manage requests from customers, business stakeholders and project resources
65533 Determine and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills to deliver resolutions to customers and relevant teams
65533 Technical troubleshooting for issues raised
65533 Escalate problems where necessary
65533 Identify, recommend and plan technical and business process improvements for our services, such as automating repetitive tasks
