In the role of Embedded engineer you will perform various Hardware development & Sustenance activities, testing and documentation duties on projects assigned
Identify risk and propose a preliminary mitigation idea. Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
Independently build and execute work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Handled More than 5 projects, end to end Product development experience.
Good understanding & experience on working through the complete project life cycle management (PLM)
Fair understanding of EOL management
Design for Robustness under the guidance of the Systems engineer (DFR. DFSS, DFT & DFM)
Coordinate effectively with the Labs to perform the testing & technical execution
Work independently cross functional teams to understand customer requirement, participate in system / subsystem design review.
Lead finalization of electronics design requirements by collaborating / reviewing with systems & global engineering teams.
Understand & capture product requirements / needs and articulates technical specifications under the guidance of the systems engineer
Build and develop design concepts, trade off analysis. Component selection and suggest alternate components based on cost, function, performance and DFX.
Conceptualize / Create / Conduct & Document testing as per test plans (V&V- including functional and regulatory test cases)
Critically review failures & create root cause analysis on design issues and provide design solutions under guidance.
Design schematic of digital, mix signal and power electronics circuit board that satisfied the design requirement.
Create design documents & artifacts as per design process
Technically capable of performing design modeling, simulation and predictive analysis considering performance parameters like power, timing, signal integrity, etc.
Implement the design optimization and confirmation to requirements by using these analyses under guidance
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering with electronics with 8 plus years of experience in relevant industry
Fair understanding on Design to Standard & Certification (IEC 61010, IEC 61326 etc)
Fair understanding in design for EMI / EMC and other regulatory requirements
Fair understanding with Industrial Protocols like I2C, SPI, UART etc. and external communication interfaces like USB, RS232, Ethernet.
Fair understanding of analog and digital electronics including latest component trends
Fair understanding with hardware simulation tools - Pspice etc.
Fair understanding working on Schematic design using Allegro16.6. etc.
