Infoblox is seeking a Support Operations Analyst to join our Global Customer Care Operations team in Trivandrum. This person will be responsible to review data and business processes and make recommendations for improving efficiency and service for the Support Operations team.
In this role, you will report to the Manager Support Operations.
Create reports and dashboards in Oracle, Salesforce and Tableau
Analyze data to find ways to improve operations
Conduct investigative internal audits and create reports of findings
Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign
Apply statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modelling to analyze current procedures
Recommend strategies and develop new procedures
Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
Forecasts and manages support staff schedules based on historical and anticipated call volumes
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field preferred
3+ years’ experience as an operations analyst or in a related position
Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
Comfortable with database administration skills and resources
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pays strict attention to detail
Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
Willingness to work perpetual night shifts (US Shift)
