Role Objective :
The Sr. Manager Promotions Analytics is responsible
for analyzing and assessing the impact of promotions
on the revenue and margin. The individual in this role
will have the opportunity to partner with planning,
marketing and merchandising teams to solve some of
the most challenging issues around promotions for
both online and store channels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Partner with planning, marketing, and merchandising teams to understand business needs around
promotions. Establish trust and a collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders and
understand the hypothesis and business case for promotion actions. Proactively communicate factors
affecting pricing and promotions performance.
Be aware of micro and macro-economic trends and their impact on promotion decisions and the
business. Illustrate key business trends through effective data interpretation and visualization.
Understand the customer lifecycle; generate actionable insights and recommendations to ultimately
Develop an in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources and business intelligence
Provide quantitative research, analysis and support to identify promotion opportunities / issues.
Synthesize findings, prepare presentations and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management
Provide assistance needed to implement promotion recommendations
Provide inputs into the design and development of promotions management and analytical platform
build and evolution over time.
Identify and track the metrics to measure the success of promotions across the channels
Create processes and information flows to support business execution. Clearly and concisely present
strategic and tactical recommendations
Identify successes, failures, trends, and effectively communicate these findings to the organization.
Proactively foster strong business partner relationships as part of analytical efforts
Be a single source of truth for all promotions effectiveness KPI’s within the company.
Build relationships and work closely with our IT partners to prioritize the promotions agenda
Complete what-if scenarios and contingency planning analyses

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software is required
Strong data and analysis background to navigate different data sources
