  • Perform Incident Management Including Serivice Request and Restoration for Major & High severity Tickets.
  • Take initiatives in learning new Data Technology & Tools.
  • ProjectPlanning & Implementation , Project Execution on Data Netwowks ( R& W and Wireless Products)
  • Working Change management , Planning & Execution .
  • Training & self learning, utilization of LAB facility for self learning, training & simulations.
  • Understanding customer requirement and conducting POC Demos’s for new customers and solutions .
  • Able to Perform Audits on Customer Networks and recommend the Best Practices .
  • Risk Analysis & Mitigation in reference Customer Network .
  • Work towards all parties including L2 team and OEM as part of engagement to resolve the tickets.
  • Work on Complex Project Preprarion of LLD for data projects.
  • Able to prepare solution as per customer requirement in R&S
  • Co-ordination with customer and providing timely updates whenever required.
  • Effective coordination & communication with end customer to have high CSAT.
  • Support Business Based on Organisation requirement .

  • Good Understanding of Switching, Routing and wireless Technology
  • Hands on experience for Cisco catalyst switching products like Cat2900X,3850 / 4500 / 6500, Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K
  • Hands on experience for Cisco ISR Routers 1900 / 2900 / 4K and Other Data Products Like HP , Aruba and Juniper
  • Architecture knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Switching Products like Cat 4500 / Cat 6500 / Nexus 9K
  • Depth Understanding of Switching, Routing and wireless technology
  • Good hand on Protocols like, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VPC, VSS, IPSEC, EIGRP, STP
