The Comixology Support & Systems Dev Engineering team provides tier 2&3 services production support and is also responsible for providing multifaceted services to the Comixology and Kindle digital comics family of development teams and working with production operations teams for software product release coordination and deployment.
This job requires you to hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks that will define your success.
Key job responsibilities
The Systems Development Engineer will work closely with our System Admin Engineer to support Comixology’s large, complex fleet of services.
You’ll ensure that our systems are stable, secure, and up-to-date, and you’ll play a key role in troubleshooting and engaging with Software Development Engineers during outages.
You’ll also work with Comixology software development teams in support of building and releasing cutting edge new features for comics customers.
