  • As a Collaboration Network Engineer, you ll be monitoring and maintaining the Voice, Video and Contact Center within an organization in a technical support role.
  • Tasks can include performing changes, installing updates and configuring core infrastructure. Troubleshooting day to day issues related to collaboration.

  • Some tasks you may be involved in include :
  • Working with customers / employees to identify problems and advising on the solution
  • Updating self-help documents so customers / employees can try to fix problems themselves
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment Technical requirement :
  • Experience on Nortel CS1K
  • Good understanding of Nortel Voice infrastructure
  • Worked on Nortel Callpilot, Contact Center 6 & ability to troubleshoot on complex IVR issues and design of new IVR scripts
  • Good knowledge on ACD and IVR call flows,
  • Working and understanding of MC32 Cards, Analog & Digital Line Cards
  • Ability to create new IVR call flows on Nortel
  • Good understanding of QoS configuration & design and troubleshoot voice related issues.
  • Carryout BAU changes for add / remove / deletion on phones
  • Experience on CUCM 8.5, 9 and 11.5
  • Experience on MRA and B2B soultions
