The PMO professional provides a formal, centralized layer of project control and integration in the unit / account program and serves as a trusted advisor to the program / project manager / service partner.
The PMO assumes both execution responsibilities of specific project management areas, as well as project and program management governance support responsibilities.
What will your job look like?
Responsible for building and tracking holistic (E2E) program / project plan, covering all aspects of the program - including deployment, give and get, etc.
Prepare risk management reports and status, perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develops appropriate contingency plans.
Setting up the Program Roadmap, tracking key milestones, key dependencies across the Program Streams, track and report deviations.
Establish and build Project Health check KPIs for monitoring the project performance in terms of budget, time, quality and scope.
Responsible for tracking financials of the project from project initiation till closure.
Able to work on JIRA for tracking and reporting of development status
Define resources and schedule for project / program implementation
Able to interface with various levels of leadership
Proven experience in resource management
Able to demonstrate initiative and ability to self-direct
Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions, and to translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits
Strong ability to influence and implement processes, excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership skills and self-motivation.
Solid proficiency in MS Office suite

Need to have Agile Project Experience (Concepts Product Backlog, Burn down charts, Sprint, Iteration, MTVs, MVs )
Experienced in working on Excel
Experience in financial governance - P&L, SOW, PO Invoicing
Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal communication, detailed oriented and customer centricity
