Social Media & Executive Assistant Sathguru Careers Roles and Responsilbities :

This position will provide administrative support for Directors and CEO of the company

Handle social media activities of the Directors

Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel arrangements etc.

Prepare reports, MoMs and handle confidential matters

Answer calls, file and manage paperwork, mails, letters etc

Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate

Handle emails, faxes, posts etc.,

Handle Visa documentation of various countries Candidates Profile :

Excellent command over written and verbal communication

Excellent working knowledge on social media (ex. LinkedIn, Twitter, facebook etc.)

Sound knowledge in MS Office

Should possess good interpersonal skills

Knowledge on visa documentation of various countries

Should be flexible with timings

This position demands professional demeanor in all situations

Maintain confidentiality

Bachelors degreewith2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Certification course in social medi,
