Job Description :
Application Support Engineer II (.NET, C / C++)
Skill Set Requirement :
The candidate should have minimal of 4-6 years of L2 support experience and exposure to Application support / Maintenance in .Net and C++
Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
Good understanding of TCP / IP protocol
NET Application support knowledge Basic Programming languages (like C++ / C# / Java), Scripting language (Java Script / VB Script / Power Shell and etc.
Visual Studio, MS Windows Server, SQL server, ASP.Net, IIS, Web Services, Team Foundation Server & VB.NET
Basics of .Net & Cloud Computing (Azure)
Roles and Responsibility :
Should be flexible to work in US shift hours and 24 x 7
Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
Reproduce technical problems, diagnose causes, identify temporary and long-term solutions and communicate status updates to clients.
Should have good Communication Skills
Candidate shall be familiar with ITIL process.
Experience in Finance domain would be added advantage
Generation of Knowledge based Article
Knowledge of Analyzing ticket on periodic intervals & providing action items for improvement
Working out improvements strategies with customer based on their working, process followed, environment used, etc.
Identification of Knowledge gap & suggesting training to users
