Job Responsibilities

Assist and work under Site services Head to facilitate and ensure Quality and timely services to all stake holders at Medchal and Muppireddypalli Sites.

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of workforce, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Site Services management Operations at Medchal and MRP sites.

Ensure safe and efficient operations.

Represent company on regulatory issues.

Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.

Qualification

Candidates opting for a role in Operations require at least a bachelor’s degree in business / Hospitality Management or in a field that is quite relevant to the job role.

Language Skills (Oral & Written)

Should be well versed with the local Language, English & Hindi.

Experience

8 -12 years of exp. facilities management Industry / preference for experience with Pharma industry

Ability & Exp. In Multiple Location / Site Handling

Ability to prepare site to be ready for FDA / EU Audit

Responsibilities

Include training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing employee motivation and reward

1. Train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees

2. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

3. Enforcing policies and procedures

  • 4. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • 5. prepare and complete action plans; implement, improve productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems;
  • complete audits; identify trends

    6. Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions.

    7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

    8 Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed

    9. Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract workforce to revenues / invoicing & collections

    10. Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review / approval responsibility for all operations employees

    11. Run a safe, injury / accident-free workplace

    12. Ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies

    13. Manage relationships with key operations vendors / community & client

    14. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment

    15. Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, housekeeping / building infrastructure issues, technical issues onsite, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.

    16. Work closely with Lead Site Services and management team to set and / or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.

    Skills and Specifications

    Graduate with Minimum Eight to Twelv years’ experience in Facility Management Industry in Property management / building management.

    Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures of the Facility Management & Housekeeping aspect of the building along with the part of the soft service.

    Rely on extensive experience in security & soft skills and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks.

    HSE Lead and implement the programs related to the systematic reduction of Health, Safety and Environmental Risks and Hazards and drive the development of HSE culture, render report to Lead

    Ensure timely completion and participation in continuous safety improvement to meet annual safety improvement targets and Site’s Safety performance and Site PASS plan.

    To strive and achieve Sanofi Safety goals for employees / Contract employees across the plants

    To implement and maintain compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental laws and company policies, Requirements, Standards and Guides as measured by self, local, third party and regulatory inspection performance.
