As the Strategic Alliances Manager, you will arrange for tie-ups with service companies for the members / residents to make it a better overall offering.

What you will do :

  • Being responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading service providers like Swiggy, Ola, etc
  • Prospecting relentlessly to build a pipeline and building strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, along with various options for service deals
  • Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Developing and executing a strategic partnership plan and documenting and distributing competitive information
  • Listening to the needs of the members / residents and sharing insights with service providers to be able to customise their services accordingly
  • Managing key accounts and up selling and cross selling to clients
  • Being proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Managing end to end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, and - payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Seeking opportunities to be a leader and doing everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
  • Candidate Profile : What you need to have :

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or alliance management.
  • Startup background, experience of hi value corporate sales or solution sales or alliances and partnerships
  • A creative powerhouse with a proven marketing and business development background.
  • A decent understanding and / or a strong interest in the Retail / ecommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management & negotiation skills
  • A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
