As the Strategic Alliances Manager, you will arrange for tie-ups with service companies for the members / residents to make it a better overall offering.
What you will do :
Being responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading service providers like Swiggy, Ola, etc
Prospecting relentlessly to build a pipeline and building strong personal relationships with prospects
Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, along with various options for service deals
Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
Developing and executing a strategic partnership plan and documenting and distributing competitive information
Listening to the needs of the members / residents and sharing insights with service providers to be able to customise their services accordingly
Managing key accounts and up selling and cross selling to clients
Being proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
Managing end to end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, and - payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile : What you need to have :

4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or alliance management.
Startup background, experience of hi value corporate sales or solution sales or alliances and partnerships
A creative powerhouse with a proven marketing and business development background.
A decent understanding and / or a strong interest in the Retail / ecommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management & negotiation skills
A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
