Salesforce Business Technology is seeking a Change Manager to join our Change, Communications and Training (CCT) team. The CCT team collaborates with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to deliver amazing change management programs, ensuring that technology solutions roll out successfully and in a sustainable wa In this position you will help execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for our internal teams.
You will conduct an impact analysis to help develop and execute the change management strategy and plan, working with project teams and internal business partners who are eager to make change happen.

Here’s what you’ll be doing : Proactively identifying and developing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology Working closely with project teams and business partners across the company Building executive presentations and managing risks and issues relating to the change management work Managing mid-level change programs or a significant part of a larger change program Developing impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change Creating or significantly contributing to technology enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology Managing the development of impact analyses for highly complex programs to establish the complexity of the change Working closely with project teams and business partners across the company Building executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management work Here’s what we’re seeking : 9+ years of consulting experience 6+ years in change management, communications and training PROSCI Certified Change Management (preferred) Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management (Master's preferred) A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide, and multi-disciplinary change initiatives Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging / incorporate storytelling Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices Demonstrates the Salesforce values of Trust, Growth, Innovation and Equality
