As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect, you will be part of the Nissan Digital team working on the platform. You will use your skills developed over the years to implement cutting edge solutions using AEM (and other Adobe marketing products) to solve some challenging business problems.
You will provide expertise in IT architecture and ensure alignment with the Marketing, Sales, Product and, Enterprise architectural vision & roadmap.
You will be required to work collaboratively with different teams across the organisation; building and enhancing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the globe, and proactively participate in the delivery of digital capabilities to provide best-
in-class digital marketing services for Nissan’s markets.
Work with technical and non-technical teams at all levels, from strategy and design through to development, deployment and application support in the delivery of AEM components.
Participating in code reviews, design reviews architecture discussions.
Be a vocal advocate for building Nissan Digital’s capabilities across multiple customer touchpoints and support agile ways of working.
Manage alignment and risk mitigation processes for complex parallel activities within projects.
Key Tasks Defined
Complete accurate and thorough technical designs and facilitate effective handover to the development team prior to the implementation phase of a project.
Develop achievable technical project plans, working with appropriate members of the development and testing teams, presents plans to clients effectively and protects estimates.
Participate in the platform Architecture Governance forums when needed, and align with Nissan’s Enterprise Architecture, e.
g. relevant technical standards and guidelines.

Qualifications or Knowledge Required
Proven experience with Web CMS solutions, specifically AEM
Good understanding of cloud technologies specifically AWS
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management
Comfortable working with JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools
Project and stakeholder management skills.
Deep digital skills & experience using Agile, Kanban and hybrid software development methodologies
Overall 12+ Years of IT Experience
5+ years of working in digital related jobs, including Online / Mobile / Content / eCommerce marketing, UX, Web Analytics, Optimization, etc.
2+ years of experience in one of the following : AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target.
Understanding and experience of complex technical architecture and highly scalable web applications
