Key Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities :

Lead or Manage KYC - Analyst team.

Ensure client SLA’s and deliverables are met

Perform requisite MIS

Strong domain knowledge and able to support review process

Good understanding of KYC processes. Willing to work in all shifts (including nights)

Drive initiatives and Team building activities.

Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management.

Work very closely with teams across delivery locations and client.

Strong governance (Weekly / Monthly) for Process Performance & Transformation reviews

Specifications :

Prior experience in service / BPO industry

Graduate / Post Graduate

Good Communication Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills

Domain expertise ( AML-KYC)

Team Leading

Good communications skills

Multi tasking skills

Detail and Analytical

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Flexibility to work in different shifts

Experience in being part of process transformation initiatives.
