As a part of this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of cross-border trade, regulations, logistics, payments and seller / customer needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for solving difficult problems that do not have obvious solutions across complex topics all with the vision of building a sustainable cross-
border business. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
Key Responsibilities :
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.
Work with the product teams to drive prioritization of initiatives that will help these sellers to succeed in cross-border trade.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning / messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
Author Deep Dives into high visibility topics and present the findings to key stakeholders across global teams., BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 7 years professional experience.
High level of academic achievement including good first degree from leading institution
Experience driving large, cross functional, projects within recognizably successful organizations in a comparable fast paced environment.
Experience with Internet / ecommerce businesses is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability of solving problems and business challenges through analyzing and data.
Proven ability to develop successful relationships with internal and external partners.
Ability to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills highly desirable
