10+ years of solid Design / Software engineering experience on large / complex applications using various technologies6+ years of experience in People Manager role
Good knowledge in C#, .NET Framework or comparable programming environment, SQL, Web Development and test methodologies. Good understanding of design / architectural patterns and automation platforms.
Experience with Agile development methodologies. Good knowledge on engineering best practices and risk management.
Ability to lead, coach and provide leadership to staff on goals, objectives and performance success criteria.Ability to manage high and low performers.
