General Purpose : Take ownership of Salesforce development and administrative tasks. Main Responsibility Area : Should be able to maintain seamless operations on Salesforce CRM. Job Description :

  • Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 301) desired.
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • 5+ to 10 years of experience functioning as a senior (or only) Salesforce.com Administrator for Enterprise edition or higher preferably Lightning Unlimited edition (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com data management tools including Data Loader.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards.
  • Troubleshooting user issues, Maintain user Roles and Profiles, Security settings, Access settings etc.
  • Business Analyst support for release management activity, testing and writing defects, regression testing, testing bug / fixes to see if it meets business needs Additional Requirements :
  • Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
  • Work experience in formatting documents (MS Word, Excel, Ppt)
  • Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and Above Experience - 5 - 10 Years
