The Role Responsibilities aXess Academy will be the new platform to upskill the technology expertise of the Bank The Academy will build a strong foundation of our Banking and Open Banking IT systems and new technologies through hands-on class learning curriculums Provide hands-on training for our core capabilities and emerging technologies The Academy will develop our technology staff for current and future roles through role based competency learning roadmaps.

Delivering Group learning curriculum / local learning solutions across business and functions Advocating and role modelling strong Conduct and valued behaviour during learning interventions Engaging the key stakeholders of the assigned business in understanding business, learning needs in developing and delivering the module Ensuring content / curriculum of specific topics / courses is up-to-date.

Facilitate regular content / curriculum review and sign off with Dean and SMEs. Maintaining a list of SMEs for the specific courses / Programme.

Working closely with HRBP and HRTA to align with people agenda and focus on people development using learning techniques and methodology to achieve desired people development results.

Ensuring high quality standard of learning / training delivery as per the Group and Country standards Contributing and supporting local / group Curriculum Architects in customising / standardising appropriate curriculum and learning solutions for the specific courses / Programme.

Analysing feedback from participants, their line managers and stakeholders to continually improve the aXess Academy learning experience.

  • Keeping abreast of external market trends as well as internal business development to stimulate discussion with learning participants Completing assigned learning administration tasks and maintaining required documentation on time to ensure the end to end process of the programme align with country and group standard and policy Our Ideal Candidate Post Graduate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in information systems management or related area Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in IT with at least three (3) years in a leadership role Must have strong learning experience or background in education setting Three years of documented IT project management work experience Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal communication skills, good organizational, people management and project management skills;
