Job Description :
Setup & Manage large Domestic Outbound Sales process.
Responsible for Profit & Loss of the center.
Ensures high quality services in line or above industry standards.
Ensures that Call Center crisis and contingency plan management measures are in place
Assist in Acquiring New Businesses.
Should be able to manage team of 50+ agents including AM's TL's, Trainer's, Team Coach etc.
Desired Skills :
Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
Good selling and negotiations skills
Minimum 6+ year experience in working in the areas of Sales
