Roles and Responsibilities :

  • You will be part of the MS dynamics 365 support Team providing support to multiple the entities, Executing and managing all the responsible activities / Analysis of business process done by the users
  • Need to provide effective solutions / workaround for the business scenarios of the respective issues
  • Analyze issue and prepare Gap-Fit document for development and assistance to the technical team
  • Guide user on steps
  • Able to work in shifts
  • Maintain SLA track history on tickets
  • Should be familiar with terms and process used by business operation team
  • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • 3-7 years experience coordinating and / supporting IT business processes Detail knowledge of the Business process domain area, its key processes and systems
  • Should have experience of working in an integrated MS Dynamics 365 application
  • Modules Experience GL, AR, AP, Product information management, Inventory management
  • Working knowledge of process development and industry-specific best practices
  • Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines
  • Confidence and willingness to learn
  • Communication skills in English are required.
  • Demonstrable track record of business process improvement
  • Strong analytic skills combined with excellent communication & User relationship management skills
  • Strong technical domain knowledge in one or more specific areas of F&O including Trade and Logistics
  • Provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional and technical implementation expertise
  • Will be expected to coach, train, or be a mentor to newly hired team members
  • Microsoft dynamics certified will be additive
  • Finance consultant

  • 3-7 years experience coordinating and / supporting IT business processes Detail knowledge of the MS D365 technical aspects, its key processes and systems
  • Should have experience of working in an integrated MS Dynamics 365 application
  • Should Working knowledge of process development and industry-specific best practices
  • Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines
  • Confidence and willingness to learn
  • Communication skills in English are required
  • Strong analytic skills combined with excellent communication & User relationship management skills
  • Need high problem solving debugging skill
