Support Analyst will be responsible for
Monitor Incident Management system or Production Issues.
Work with users to resolve the issues raised by them
Coordinate with Infrastructure teams for any Infrastructure related issues
Analyze the issues, which could involve analysis on the Database and sometimes debugging the Application code.
Work with Development teams whenever required to address the Production issues
Work on Weekly / Daily Reporting as required by the Lead
Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university. MBA would be an added advantage.
Work experience should be 5 to 7 years and should have worked on Production Support of Application
Candidate must be willing to work in Night Shifts (One week in every 5 weeks)
Domain / Technical :
Should have worked on Application support project for minimum of 5 years involving SQL (Oracle / Sybase), UNIX (Preferably Shell scripting)
Prior Experience in Supporting Java / J2EE Applications will be ideal
Knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management
Flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the team. This person will be required to work in Night Shift on rotation basis.
The person must be able to Document procedures where ever Applicable
Mentor other Team members
Must have worked on Collecting Metrics & Reporting status to stakeholders
Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery
Able to Communicate efficiently
