You will be working as Senior UX Analyst and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Automation Digital Division based in Mumbai;

India. In this role you will be reporting to User Experience Manager and will be responsible to contribute significantly to successful project resulting in technology, software, product and / or solution development.

Your responsibilities

Understand UX requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, create user journey maps, empathy maps, task flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Apply the appropriate design thinking, user centered design method / tools and conducting stakeholder workshops / discussions.

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create low / high fidelity wireframes / prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD.

Collaborate with product management and product development team to define and implement designs into web applications.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Establish and promote UX process guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Create Style Guides, Design documents and related creative assets.

Your background

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering.

Required 3 to 5 years of experience in User Experience Design and handling UX deliverables, from personas & storyboards to information architecture, concept sketching, interaction design and wireframes.

Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite of Applications, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma and the ability to quickly pick up new tools.

Should be up to date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies for both Web and mobile platforms.

Certification from Human Factors International (HFI) will be a plus.

Portfolio that showcases you as a UX Analyst. It should convey the kind of problems you’ve worked on solving, the types or projects and products you have worked on, what you in particular have contributed, the quality of artefacts like Wireframes, Flows, User Journey Maps, Personas.
