The team you’ll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Basic Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience on network optimization and handling Multi-Layer Networks (Multi carrier LTE). 5G Knowledge will be added advantage
  • Thorough understanding of 5G, LTE fundamentals
  • Tool (MUSA / Megaplexer, EMIL etc) based log analysis along with Layer3 DT log analysis for complex problem
  • Expertise on 4G KPIs & Counters; proven skills in achieving KPI Targets ; Specially for LTE multi-layer interworking and optimisation to be known.
  • 5G Knowledge will be added advantage

  • Expertise on 5G / 4G Parameters & features and through understanding.
  • Day to Day interactions with Operations team to resolve KPI impacting operational issues and alarms to meet KPI targets
  • Support TSG team in analysis to resolve customer complaints based on need
  • Discussion with customer on KPI target and issues to be highlighted where customer actions required
  • Network doctor report knowledge for KPI analysis
  • Discussions with different verticals (Tx, CS / PS core, IP etc) to have end to end responsibility to resolve complex problems
  • Ability to work in pressure environment and demonstrate high energy level & dedication
  • Customer communications and Handling Various customer meetings
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
