As an HR Manager you will be playing an integral part in driving the corporate core values and all HR functions across the organization.
The role is both a strategic and hands - on that will require you to understand business goals and recommend new approaches , policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives , productivity and development of Human Resources within the organization.

Responsibilities include :
Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business and then build and execute thoughtful engagement plans
Ensure excellence in service delivery for HR processes (i.e. performance appraisal , rewards and recognition etc.)
Drive and share HR best practices
Design and implement talent management and retention activities
Assist and advise Company on methods to stay in compliance with company policies and employment laws
Plan employee events to increase employee engagement - business meetings , holiday parties , happy hours , volunteering events , etc.
Communicate HR updates to employees
Roll out yearly performance appraisal and promotion process
Constantly create new initiatives to improve employee connectivity , involvement , and attrition
Coordinate yearly compensation management activities
Prepare the budget for human resource operations and look after all budgetary responsibilities including compensation and benefit programs
Ability to engage and collaborate with employees and senior management to identify problems and develop creative solutions , both independently and in cooperation with others on confidential matters
