Perform Feasibility study and Risk analysis of technical design to reduce vulnerability and risk to the customer service.
Ensure that the Customer-requested change will not affect the integrity of the whole VPN
Validate and prepare all IP configuration and fallback of VPN solutions.
Ensure that the CMDB is properly updated to reflect the changes applied
Perform acceptance testing of VPN Implementation.
Perform changes On time and right first time.
Maintaining technical documents and network diagrams.
Conducting bi-annual Customer VPN audit and failover Tests.
Attend customer meetings to represent high technical expertise and support
Provides business-hours support to the level 3 support team for escalated incidents.
Ensure Timely and clear communication.
Configuration Experience on CISCO routers
Experience working with Nexus and Catalyst switches
Knowledge on Switching and IP Routing protocols, Frame-Relay, ATM ,IEL and Metro Ethernet ,MPLS .MPLS VPN ,DSL ,IPSEC ,GRE ,Tunneling.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
