Responsibilities / Technical skills : This position will be a member of a North American team responsible for delivery of voice infrastructure services in complex, large enterprise environments.
Requirements include supporting a redundant, centralized Cisco voice environment servicing customer operations for all North America.
Included are several missions critical 7x24 contact center sites. As a senior level engineer responsibility will include : â?
¢ Advanced / Expert level administration, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Voice, Messaging, and Call Center platforms.
o Voice experience with Call Managers version 11.X or higher o Unity Connection 11.X or higher o Gateways H323 MGCP and SIP / CUBE / SBC o Cisco Unified IM and Presence 11.
X or higher o VCS Control and VCS Expressway o WebEx o Cisco Spark / WebEx Teams o Quality of Service o UCCX / Reporting / scripting / Tshoot version 10.
X or higher o UCCE ICM / IVR / CVP / Finesse / CUIC / version 10.X or higher o CVP / ICM Scripting o Cisco Media Sense o Cisco Telepresence System o SIP Experience â?
¢ Analyze user requirements, perform cost analysis, and identify designs / approaches to ensure the customerâ??s needs are met.
â?¢ Submit voice network connectivity specifications and offer recommendations. â?¢ Provide technical leadership for customers voice projects, which may include equipment ordering, testing, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of upgrades or configurations.
â?¢ Communicate Voice network status and provide quality documentation. â?¢ Establish / maintain a project schedule in coordination with the client and management.
â?¢ Attend daily / weekly meetings and interact regularly with management, customers and incumbents to constantly improve Voice Engineering services.
